Every winter during the breeding period, humpback whales travel all the way from Alaska to the waters of Okinawa to breed and raise their calves.

■ Tour Details
・ Maximum cruise time: up to 3 hours
・ Observation time after spotting whales: about 60 minutes
※ Depending on whale appearance conditions, passengers’ condition, or sea conditions, the tour may return earlier than planned.
Refunds or partial refunds cannot be provided in such cases.

Pregnant guests or those planning to become pregnant are not allowed to participate.
If the captain refuses boarding on the day for this reason, no refund or compensation will be provided.
Winter sea conditions in Okinawa are different from summer, with higher waves.
If young children or elderly guests are participating, boarding may be denied on the day depending on the sea conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
The minimum number of adults required for departure from Chatan is 15.
If the minimum is not met, the activity will be canceled. You will be contacted to arrange a refund or reschedule.
Due to limited space and for safety reasons, bringing suitcases, strollers, or wheeled items on board is prohibited.

- Guests who are prone to seasickness are advised to bring their own motion sickness medication. Please also bring waterproof clothing (as waves may splash onto the boat) and warm clothing.

- Cancellation between the afternoon of the day before and on the day of the activity after 5:00 PM will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation between before 5:00 PM on the day before and after 8:00 AM three days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation between before 8:00 AM three days prior and after 6:00 PM seven days prior will incur a 10% cancellation fee. In case of cancellation due to unfavorable sea conditions (determined by the shop), no cancellation fee will be charged.

◆ The tour may be canceled or rescheduled on the day due to weather or sea conditions.
In the worst-case scenario, cancellation may be notified only at check-in.
◆ If the number of participants is below the minimum required, the tour will be canceled.
In such cases, we will contact you the day before to arrange a refund or reschedule.
◆ If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions or insufficient participants, you may change your participation date free of charge.
If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued.
※Refund amounts may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.
◆ The maximum duration of the tour is 3 hours.
If whales are spotted early, the tour may return to the port earlier. (Observation time for whales is about 1 hour)
◆ After spotting whales, observation time is approximately 1 hour.
However, depending on whale activity, the condition of all participants, or changing sea conditions, early return may occur.
No partial refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.

If young children or elderly participants are on board, boarding may be denied depending on sea conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
◆ For safety reasons, pregnant guests are not allowed to participate.
If a guest is denied boarding due to pregnancy, no refund will be issued.
◆ Winter temperatures are cold, and wind and water spray may wet clothing.
Please wear warm and waterproof clothing (bringing a change of clothes is recommended).
◆ The deck may be slippery and the boat moves with the waves.
Please wear comfortable, slip-resistant shoes (high heels are not recommended).
◆ Please minimize the items you bring on board.
Valuables should be kept with you at all times.
◆ For safety, a life jacket must be worn during the tour.
◆ Walking around the boat while it is moving is prohibited.
◆ Any unsafe behavior on board is strictly prohibited.
◆ Drone usage is not allowed on the boat.
◆ Whales are wild animals, and their appearance cannot be guaranteed.
◆ Tours will proceed even in rainy conditions.
