・ Maximum cruise time: up to 3 hours
・ Observation time after spotting whales: about 60 minutes
※ Depending on whale appearance conditions, passengers’ condition, or sea conditions, the tour may return earlier than planned.
Refunds or partial refunds cannot be provided in such cases.

‧ Payment: Pre-booking and advance payment are required to secure your spot.
‧ Safety Restrictions: For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate pregnant guests or wheelchair users.
‧ Winter Conditions: In winter, boarding for young children or seniors is subject to captain's approval based on wave height.
‧ Minimum Numbers: Tours from Chatan require 15 adults. If we don't hit this, we’ll offer a reschedule or a full refund.
‧ No Wheels: Suitcases, strollers, and wheeled items are not allowed on board due to space.
‧ No Drones: Aerial photography is strictly prohibited.

- Guests who are prone to seasickness are advised to bring their own motion sickness medication. Please also bring waterproof clothing (as waves may splash onto the boat) and warm clothing.

- If you cancel the trip for personal reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the following standards: 10 to 8 days before the day before the trip: 20% of the trip fee. 7 to 2 days before the day before the trip: 30% of the trip fee. The day before the trip: 50% of the trip fee. On the day of the trip: 100% of the trip fee. ※ Calculations are based on our company's business hours. If a cancellation is made after business hours, it will be processed based on the following business day.

Important Notices & Terms
◆ Cancellations & Changes: Tours may be cancelled or schedules changed due to weather or sea conditions. In the worst-case scenario, cancellation may only be announced at the time of check-in.
◆ Minimum Participants: If the number of participants is below the minimum required, the tour will be cancelled. In such cases, we will contact you the day before.
◆ Rescheduling & Refunds: If the tour is cancelled due to weather or insufficient participants, you may reschedule for free. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued. Please note that refund amounts may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.
◆ Tour Duration: The total boat trip is a maximum of 3 hours. However, if Humpback whales are found early, the boat may return to port sooner. (Whale watching time is typically around 1 hour).
◆ Early Return: Once whales are spotted, observation lasts about 1 hour. However, the boat may return early depending on the whales' behavior, the physical condition of passengers, or changes in sea conditions. No partial refunds will be provided in these instances.
◆ Winter Sea Conditions: Sea conditions in Okinawa during winter differ from summer, often with higher waves. For safety, young children or elderly participants may be restricted from boarding depending on the wave conditions on the day.
◆ Pregnancy Policy: For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to participate. No refunds will be given if boarding is refused due to pregnancy on the day.
◆ Accessibility: Due to vessel equipment and safety considerations, we are unable to accommodate passengers using wheelchairs.
◆ What to Wear: Winter weather is cold and the wind on the boat is strong. Clothing may get wet from rain or sea spray. Please wear warm, waterproof clothing (bringing a change of clothes is recommended).
◆ Footwear: The deck is slippery and the boat will rock. Please wear comfortable, non-slip shoes (avoid high heels).
◆ Seasickness: If you are prone to motion sickness, please take seasickness medication in advance. Once the boat departs, it cannot return to shore immediately.
◆ Belongings: Please minimize your luggage and travel light. You are responsible for your own valuables.
◆ Safety Gear: Life jackets must be worn at all times during the trip for your safety.
◆ Onboard Safety: Moving around the boat while it is in motion is strictly prohibited. Any behavior that compromises safety is forbidden.
◆ Drones: The use of drones on the boat is prohibited.
◆ Wildlife Disclaimer: Whales are wild animals; sightings are not 100% guaranteed.
◆ Rainy Weather: The tour will proceed as scheduled in the rain.
◆ Environmental Tax: An Environmental Protection Tax of 300 JPY per person must be paid in cash at check-in (please prepare exact change).
◆ Agreement: Please evaluate your health and read all restrictions carefully before booking. Successful booking implies that you have understood and agreed to all the above terms.
